Products include maxiFLOW flared-fin heatsinks with maxiGRIP clip or thermal tape attachment, straight-fin and cross-cut extrusions. The offerings also include custom ASIC cooling solutions and heatsinks for various Freescale components, including MPC8641D dual-core processors.
