UltraVolt has purchased Galluppi Associates, a high-voltage systems integration company. Galluppi Associates' experience in high-precision, ultra-low-noise high-voltage systems extends into devices using e-beam, i-beam, and X-ray technologies. Synergies in the combined operations will accelerate the development of standardized system products based on UltraVolt’s high-voltage standard product modules.
"Acquiring Galluppi Associates was the right move at the right time for UltraVolt and its customers," said James Morrison, UltraVolt's co-founder and Chief Executive Officer. "With this added expertise, we will be able to offer both high-voltage modules and systems, introduce new products, and expand current product lines to reach many more customers."
