The Ohm-Stat RT-1000 from Static Solutions tests the resisitivity, humidity and temperature of all conductive, antistatic and static-dissipative surfaces for electrical resistivity/resistance according to the EOS/ESD CECC, ANSI, ASTM, UL, NFPA, military, and EIA test procedures. The unit measures resistivity/resistance from 1 x 103 Ω to 1 x 1012 Ω. It also measures relative humidity from 10% to 90%, and temperature from 32°F to 100°F.
The resistivity tester includes the following probe types: two 5-lb. 2.5-in. probes with handles; two 3-in. parallel-surface resistivity probes; a dissipative chair test probe (meets ANSI/EOS/ ESD Standard 12.1); an earth-ground probe; and garment clamps (conforms to EOS/ESD 2.1 standard). A concentric ring probe is also available.
