Power-One’s SSQE48T20033 is a 3.3-V, 20-A, sixteenth-brick dc-dc converter with an operating efficiency above 90%. The converter has a profile of 0.374 in. and supports the full telecom input voltage range, with the capability to withstand a 100-V input transient for 100 ms.
The converter also has on-board input differential L-C filtering, start-up into pre-biased loads, and an output trim range of −20% to +10%. The SSQE48T20033 utilizes a DOSA-compliant footprint and trim equations. Pricing is $25 each in quantities of 1000.
