Distributor Expands Power Offerings from Semiconductor Firm

IXYS has signed a distribution agreement with Mouser Electronics to distribute IXYS’ full portfolio of power MOSFETs, IGBTs, power modules, rectifiers, fast recovery and Schottky diodes, gate drivers, sense and control ICs, and LED drivers. Previously, Mouser was franchised only for the IXYS’ Clare division’s products, which include solid-state relays, optoisolators, central office and customer premises ICs, power relays and MOSFETs.
