The Green Grid has announced that it will hold its first annual general-members meeting and technical forum, at which attendees will learn about the organization's data-center metrics. This will include present and emerging techniques for managing data centers for efficiency, as well as future technical deliverables from the organization. The organization will also host discussions with industry policy makers.
“We have developed The Green Grid Technical Forum to share and discuss our current research and findings and to bring the stakeholders of data center efficiency together to network, brainstorm and provide input on our technical roadmap and priorities,” said Mark Monroe, a director of The Green Grid. Members can register at: http://www.thegreengrid.org/events/technical_forum/.
