Ericsson Power Modules’ PKY4716PI full-brick dc-dc converter module delivers 700 W of output power and typically exceed 94% efficiency. Efficiency is virtually flat from 30% to 100% load. The module will handle both 48-V and 60-V system voltages, and has an input voltage range of 36 V to 75 V.
The PKY4716PI has a typical 20-mV load and line regulation with ±1% set voltage over a base-plate temperature range of -40°C to 100°C, delivering full power at 100°C. It uses only high-reliability ceramic capacitors. It is priced at $85 in OEM quantities.
