Jun 8, 2009 3:43 PM

Microchip Technology Inc. will move forward with the 13th annual Worldwide MASTERs Conference, in spite of the economic downturn.  The Conference, which is again being held at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa in Phoenix, Arizona, with the main Conference taking place from  July 29 - August 1, and a Pre-Conference on July 27 and 28, 2009.

A valuable resource for designing with Microchip's products, the MASTERs Conference provides design engineers with an annual forum for sharing and exchanging technical information on the Company's 8-, 16- and 32-bit PIC® microcontrollers, high-performance analog and interface solutions, 16-bit dsPIC® digital signal controllers (DSCs), KEELOQ® security devices, memory products, wireless solutions and MPLAB® development systems-including the industry's only singular IDE to support an entire 8-, 16- and 32-bit microcontroller portfolio.

MASTERs is an in-depth, bi-directional exchange of technical information between Microchip subject-matter experts and the Company's technical partners, including design partners, customers, third parties, distributor FAEs and academia.  Topics presented cover a broad range of subjects, from board layout topologies to real-world reference designs and embedded applications.

Entry to the MASTERs Conference courses, a 1G USB Flash Drive with all class materials, and three-night accommodations with meals and evening entertainment are included in the Conference cost of $1,295 USD, with all payments due within 30 days of registration.  All registrations must be submitted by July 13, 2009, and complete information regarding the MASTERs Conference can be found online at:  http://www.microchip.com/masters.
