Three oscilloscope models from LeCroy expand the bandwidth of the WaveRunner Xi and WaveSurfer Xs product lines, and bring the big display/small footprint form factor to 2 GHz of bandwidth. With this introduction, LeCroy is also launching WaveScan — an advanced search and analysis feature — as standard on all WaveSurfer Xs and WaveRunner Xi oscilloscopes. WaveScan provides the ability to locate problems faster by going beyond hardware triggering, and integrating advanced algorithms to continuously scan for unusual behaviors, using up to 20 different search modes to provide advanced views of unusual system behaviors.
WaveRunner Xi available is available in a four-channel 1-GHz model (WaveRunner 104Xi), and a 2-GHz model (WaveRunner 204Xi) is also available. Sampling rates for both are 5 GS/s on four channels, interleaved to 10 GS/s. Pricing is $16,250 for the 1 GHz model and $22,250 for the 2 GHz model.
The WaveSurfer 104Xs increases the WaveSurfer product line to a full 1 GHz of bandwidth, with a sample rate of 2.5 GS/s on 4 channels (5 GS/s interleaved) on the 104Xs. The WaveSurfer Xs product line now encompasses a range of models from 400 MHz to 1 GHz, with the 400-MHz and 600-MHz models available in both 2- and 4-channel versions. The 1-GHz model is available in 4-channel units only. Pricing for the WaveSurfer 104Xs is $12,890.
