Offering an eighth brick footprint, the EUS34-096 from C&D Technologies is an isolated bus converter with a fixed 5-to-1 conversion ratio. The module, which is meant for use in intermediate bus architectures, accepts an input voltage ranging from 38 V to 55 Vdc and delivers up to 300 W max at 48 Vdc input. The converter delivers a minimum of 240 W output at 38 Vdc input. Both power ratings are valid at +55ºC and 200 LFM airflow. In addition, typical efficiency is 96%.
Overall dimensions are 58.4 mm x 36.8 mm x 12.2 mm. The EUS34-096 meets the requirements of the UL94V-0 flammability specification and has a demonstrated MTBF of 1.3 million hours. Unit pricing is $46.55 in 100-piece pricing.
