Solid State Devices, Inc. (SSDI) announces its new 200 volt Schottky rectifiers, the highest voltage silicon Schottkys currently on the market. These hermetically sealed, low VF devices are available in single die or dual centertap configurations with a forward current rating of 40 to 80 amps.
The SED40KB200 and SED40G200 Series features a forward current of 40 A and a low forward voltage drop of 0.95 V at 40 A and 25°C. This surface mount series is comprised of Sedpack and Cerpack packages, which showcase low profiles and small footprints for optimal flexibility and weight savings. The SSR40150J and SSR40200J Series is rated at 40 A and a low forward voltage drop of 1.1 V at 40 A and 25°C. These devices in isolated hermetically sealed TO-257 packages also have a high maximum operating temperature of 200°C. The SSR80200CTM/Z Series includes 80 A dual centertap Schottky rectifiers available in TO-254 or TO-254Z hermetic packages. This series with its multiple configurations offers a low forward voltage drop of 1.05V at 40A and 25°C, and also has a high maximum operating temperature of 200°C.
All of these new power Schottky devices are available to be screened at TX, TXV, or S level. Screening is based on MIL-PRF-19500 and screening flows are available on request.
