Fairchild Semiconductor’s 600-V, 30-A IGBT, the FGH30N60LSD, addresses the need for low conduction losses in 50-Hz to 400-Hz industrial applications. Featuring a typical saturation voltage of 1.1 V, the device is specially designed to increase system efficiency while meeting low-frequency requirements.
For further energy efficiency in industrial applications using both low-frequency switches and high-frequency switches, this IGBT can be combined with Fairchild’s FCH47N60F SuperFET FRFET, a MOSFET that offers an operating frequency up to 250 kHz and a typical RDS(ON) of 0.062 Ω. Available now, the device is packaged in a TO-247 case. Pricing for 1000 pieces is $8.70.
