Fairchild Semiconductor’s FDZ191P is a P-channel MOSFET offering optimal thermal and electrical performance for power conversion, charging and load management in an array of low-voltage (<20 V) electronics. As a PowerTrench MOSFET, the FDZ191P utilizes Fairchild's wafer-level chip scale package (WL-CSP), enabling excellent thermal resistance (83°C/W) and low RDS(ON) (67 mΩ at 4.5 V).
The device is available in an ultra-small (1.0 mm x 1.5 mm x 0.65 mm) package. Its 0.65-mm maximum package height makes it well suited to high-density products. It is also capable of operating down to 1.5 V. Pricing is $0.53 in 1000-piece quantities.
