From Maxim Integrated Products, the MAX15024/MAX15025 are high-speed, single/dual MOSFET drivers in a thermally enhanced, 3-mm x 3-mm, TDFN package. The MAX15024 is a single-gate driver capable of sinking up to 8 A and sourcing up to 4 A of peak current. The MAX15025 is a dual gate driver capable of sinking and sourcing up to 4 A of peak current.
Device type: high-speed, single/dual MOSFET drivers
Features: on-chip adjustable LDO; propagation-delay matching of typically 2 ns between channels, and usually less than 17ns from part to part; logic circuit prevents internal shoot-through current during output-state change; either CMOS or TTL logic-level inputs;
Supply voltage: 4.5V to 28V supply voltage and can withstand transients up to 30V; the inverting and noninverting logic inputs can operate at up to 22 V, regardless of the VCC supply voltage.
Operating temperature range: fully specified over the -40º C to +125º C automotive temperature range.
Packaging: 3mm x 3mm, 10-pin TDFN package with an exposed pad
Target applications: power MOSFET switching, motor control, and compact, high-frequency switching power supplies.
Pricing: Prices start at $1.01 each in quantities of 1000
