Advanced Analogic Technologies’ AAT4285 12-V load switch integrates slew-rate control and level shifting into a single device. The unit is a p-channel MOSFET switch designed for high-side load switching applications and operates across a 3.0-V to 13.2-V input range. It offers a load-switch turn-on time of 100 µs.
The AAT4285 is manufactured in AnalogicTech’s ModularBCD process technology. It offers a RDS(ON) of 240 mΩ typical at 12 V; at 5 V, RDS(ON) is 320 mΩ typical. Quiescent current is 25 µA. It is available in an 8-pin SC70JW package and is priced at $0.68 in 1000-piece quantities.
