Spotlight on Digital Power
The RNCF series of thin film precision chip resistors has the wide value range, outstanding low TCR, and tight tolerance required for test equipment applications requiring exceptional accuracy, low noise, and high reliability and overall stability. The RNCF is available in tolerances as low as 0.01% and TCR's as low as 5 ppm / degree C. The wide size range of the RNCF from 0201 up to 2512 with power ratings from 0.032 to 1 watt offer something for portable testers as well as stand alone systems. The RNCF's broad resistance range from 1 ohm up to 3 Megohms allows for its usage for a wider range of requirements than would normally be expected of a precision nichrome chip resistor.
The RNCF is a popular choice for handheld and benchtop test units, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, portable and stationary digital scales, and wireless signal analyzers.
The RNCF is available in tape and reel packaging in quantities from 4K to 10K per reel depending on size. Pricing varies with size, tolerance, TCR, and resistance value and ranges from $0.01 to $1.25 each in full reel quantities. Contact Stackpole for volume pricing.
