Spotlight on Digital Power
Providing design engineers with a compact, high-power resistive device for applications with limited pc board space, IRC's Advanced Film Division’s MHP20S Series TO-126 resistor features a non-inductive, thermal-resistant design rated up to 20 W. The series features a resistance range of 0.01 W to 220 W, with a dielectric withstanding voltage of 2000 Vdc.
Absolute tolerances are to ±1% and ±5%, with absolute TCR to ±50 ppm/°C. Operating temperature range is -55°C to +155°C. IRC will also produce devices outside these specifications to meet customer requirements. Pricing for the MHP20S Series TO-126 power resistor is $0.52 each in quantities of 500 pieces.
