Merger Creates “RAF Tabtronics”

RAF Technologies and Tabtronics have entered into an operating agreement to join forces as RAF Tabtronics LLC. The two companies have a 70-year combined history of operations.RAF Tabtronics President and COO, James Tabbi stated that "as a result of this merger, and our increased market share, we fully expect to grow top-line revenue and high quality technical jobs in both our Florida and Rochester operations."

The combined company will immediately begin operating as RAF Tabtronics, with company headquarters located in Deland, Fla. All existing ISO9001:2000-certified Tabtronics operations located in Geneseo, N.Y. will continue to operate as RAF Tabtronics, Rochester Operations. All existing AS9100:2004- and ISO9001:2004-certified RAF Technologies operations located in Deland, Fla. will continue to operate as RAF Tabtronics LLC, Florida Operations. The combined company will manage offshore operations located in Central America, the Caribbean, and China that were previously managed separately by RAF Technologies and Tabtronics.
