IRC Wire and Film Technologies Division’s CMF Series are commercial-grade metal-film resistors. This series features power ratings from 0.125 W to 3 W, with a resistance range from 10 Ω to 1 MΩ, and standard tolerance to ±1%. TCRs are as low as ±100 ppm/°C. Maximum working voltage ranges from 200 V to 500 V, with dielectric withstanding voltage from 400 V to 1000 V, depending on power rating.
The CMF Series resistors also feature low noise and utilize standard EIA color-coding. A flame retardant version is also available. Typical pricing for the CMF Series starts at $0.0062 each for 0.25-W units in quantities of 75,000 pieces.
