Several of API Delevan’s SMT inductors have received MIL-PRF-27 government qualifications. The series MILP1812 has been qualified to DSCC Specification Sheet #MIL-PRF-27/368, series MIL4922 has been qualified to DSCC Specification Sheet #MIL-PRF-27/367, and series MIL8532 has been qualified to DSCC Specification Sheet #MIL-PRF-27/370. Devices from the MIL-PRF-27/368, MIL-PRF-27/367 and MIL-PRF-27/370 spec sheets are available in tin-lead (Sn63/Pb37) termination finishes.
Series MILP1812 unshielded SMT inductors are available in 31 inductance values from 1.0 µH to 330 µH, current ratings from 90 mA to 1050 mA, and an operating temperature range of –55ºC to +130ºC. Series MIL4922 high-current SMT power inductors are available in 61 inductance values from 0.22 µH to 22,000 µH, current ratings from 0.050 A to 7.00 A, and an operating temperature range of –55ºC to +130ºC. Series MIL8532 high-current SMT power inductors are available in 52 inductance values from 1.0 µH to 18,000 µH, current ratings from 0.090 A to 6.27 A, and an operating temperature range of –55ºC to +130ºC.
