Thermal Management Company Acquired

IQS (Marlboro, Mass.), a provider of thermal management, regulatory compliance and engineering design services for the electronics industry, has been acquired by Degree Controls, (known as DegreeC) of Milford, N.H., a designer and manufacturer of thermal management solutions.

Jag Sisodia, president and CEO of DegreeC, expresses his enthusiasm for the new division, “IQS is well known in the industry for its thermal management and regulatory compliance expertise. We are thrilled to have IQS as part of the DegreeC team. IQS’s service offerings complement DegreeC’s products by providing a complete set of engineering and compliance services to help customers bring their products to the market faster. By creating this unique entity, our customers have access to more technical resources as well as a Verizon ITL (Independent Test Lab) for NEBS accreditation of telecommunications equipment.”
