TranSiC,a manufacturer of power transistors in silicon carbide (SiC) has hired Bo Andersson as CEO. Andersson is an ex-Ericsson Microelectronics CEO with extensive industry experience that extends back to his early days in the semiconductor business as a process developer.
“Bo Andersson brings a long experience from top management on industrial base and expertise in how to structure a young growing company,” says Bo Hammarlund, VP S&M and co-founder. “This is a perfect match to our need to grow TranSiC to become a world wide leader in silicon-carbide- based power transistors.”
