SEMI-THERM 19th Annual Symposium Feb 4, 2003 12:00 PM The IEEE SEMI-THERM 19th annual symposium has expanded to serve the ever-increasing interest and importance of Thermal Measurement and Management of semiconductors and their systems. To accomplish this, the following are new at SEMI-THERM this year: Topic Sessions chaired by recognized leaders in the topic field; a mix of single and parallel ses-sions; invited papers; a panel session on thermal interface materials; two one-day short courses in conjunction with the usual two-day short course and two evening tutorials.
