Cornell Dubilier Acquisition Corp., Liberty, S.C., has acquired the DC electrolytic portion of BC Components Inc., located in Columbia, S.C., from BCcomponents Holdings B.V. The Columbia facility is state-of-the-art and manufactures screw terminal and snap-in electrolytic capacitors. Columbia sales in 2001 were $21 million.
