Semiconductor Supplier Inks Global Distribution Agreement

Avnet Electronics Marketing and Microchip Technology, a provider of microcontroller and analog semiconductors including power management ICs, have announced that Avnet has been added to Microchip's global distribution network. As one of the of the world's largest technology marketing, distribution and services companies, Avnet Electronics Marketing offers design-chain and supply-chain services for embedded engineers worldwide. Avnet's e customer base of electronic original equipment manufacturers and electronic manufacturing service providers in 68 countries allows Microchip to significantly extend its reach to hundreds of thousands of potential new customers.
