Spotlight on Digital Power
Tyco Electronics Power Systems’ NP1300 rectifier is specifically designed for 24-V applications and is used as a part of the Infinity Platform for global wireless solutions.
The NP1300 rectifier's full complement of alarm and shutdown features protects the system in the event of a fault condition. The flexible feature set reflects an emphasis on worldwide acceptance of the power system.
With 12 W/cubic inch, the NP1300 rectifiermeasuring 5.8 in. x 10.8 in. x 5.1 in. (147.32 mm x 274.32 mm x 129.54 mm)provides a 3,900-W system in only 3U of rack space. The patented "zero-height" NP shelf holds any NP rectifier and measures 19 in. x 12 in. x 3.5 in. (482.6 mm x 304.8 mm x 88.9 mm). Customers can parallel up to four shelves.
The NP rectifiers, rated at 800, 1200, 1300, 1500 and 2500 watts, accept worldwide ac input voltages and boast global safety agency approvals. Multiple ac cords are available to support region-specific cordset needs. The NP rectifiers are NEBS certified (GR-63-CORE) and are rated for CISPR Class B EMI.
