Spotlight on Digital Power
From Ohmite Manufacturing, the HVC Series high-voltage chip resistors offer high-voltage capability in an array of industry-standard, surface-mount packages. Designed to meet the exacting requirements of MIL-STD-202, the HVC Series uses the latest in thick-film technology to suit applications of up to 3000 V. Applications include high-voltage power supplies, defibrillators, x-ray equipment, night vision and laser-related products.
These resistors are available in resistances ranging from 1 kΩ to 50 GΩ with tolerances ranging from ±1% to ±10%, low inductance and RoHS compliance. Designed to operate from -55°C to 150°C, the resistors are offered with a temperature coefficient of ±100 ppm or 50 ppm (consult the factory regarding this option). Unit pricing ranges from $1.60 to $2.40 each in quantities of 100.
