SynQor has continued to strengthen its management team with the addition of Gabriel Parmese as the company’s CFO. Parmese will be responsible for overseeing all accounting, finance and treasury functions at SynQor. He will also have a role in the manufacturing and order fulfillment processes to better align cost and performance metrics with SynQor’s overall corporate goals.

Mr. Parmese has over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting, having held executive management positions for a number of manufacturing, semiconductor and high-tech companies. His notable reputation has been built at both public and private companies, including Art Technology Group, Applix Inc., Patni Computer and Sprague Electric. His credentials also include extensive knowledge of SEC reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley implementation.

“I am very excited to join SynQor at this time of high growth and unlimited potential,” Parmese says. “I am impressed with SynQor’s market position, strong management team, quality products and commitment to customer satisfaction. I look forward to contributing to their accelerated growth and continued success in the power industry.”

Parmese’s focus as CFO will be to manage and strengthen the functions of accounting, financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and treasury, as well as streamlining major processes within the company to achieve maximum return on investment.
