Softing Automotive Electronics is marketing a MOST evaluation platform for simulating and verifying MOST applications on electronic control units.
Based on Softing’s EDICnet hardware, the platform features a two-processor design that enables developers to decouple interface drivers and applications from each other. It comes with an OS8104 controller from OASIS Silicon Systems for use as a MOST bus interface, and an effort is under way to support the OS81050 controller, which promises bandwidths up to 150 Mbits/second.
