Peugeot Quiksilver 307 models sold throughout the United Kingdom will include Trafficmaster's Smartnav as a standard feature. Smartnav is a one-button navigation system that connects a driver to a live operator who takes down the destination and puts the details into a central computer. The computer subsequently calculates the best route, incorporating real-time traffic data, and sends it to the vehicle. Smartnav operators are also available for emergency and breakdown situations.
Other Smartnav features include Safe Speed, a speed camera-warning device, and RAC Trackstar, a GPS-based stolen vehicle tracking system.
