Jan 6, 2005 1:55 PM

Delphi Corp. and Comcast Corp. plan to work together on ways to allow users to select video content and transfer it to an in-vehicle entertainment system.

Delphi will work to develop an electronic consumer device for use in vehicles that enable the transfer and user-selected playback of video. Comcast will examine ways to allow users to access video content.

The partnership intends to leverage Delphi's 802.11-enabled rear-seat video system.
