Spotlight on Digital Power
Belkin Corporation is offering a TuneBase FM device (F8V7097) for the iPod mini that allows users to power, charge and play music simultaneously.
The TuneBase, which plugs into a cigarette lighter outlet, consists of an iPod swivel cradle holder with a flexible-steel neck for easy iPod positioning. The integrated FM transmitter connects wirelessly to a car stereo and operates on multiple channels from 88.1 MHz to 107.9 MHz. Four programmable memory slots eliminate the need to search for an open station.
